This 90-minute workshop, Brittany Tilleman will share the T.H.R.I.VE. method and tools for sustaining a better work-life balance, as well as techniques for creating more conscious connection in the workplace. With 20 years of experience in team management, sales training, business development, and a degree in wellness education, Brittany will share her insights and some mindfulness exercises for developing a holistic approach to team building, problem solving, and an appreciation for the benefits of company diversity.
This workshop includes an added 15-minute guided meditation and relaxation exercise.
